Vitriflon® Tapes are PTFE caoted fiberglass fabrics with silicone or acrylic adhesive applied. These materials have excellent mechanical, thermal and chemical properties that can be used in several applications for all kinds of industries. We also offer UHMW and Skived PTFE tapes with adhesive applied.

Types of Tape

Tape with Acrylic Adhesive

0.003″, 0.005″, 0.006″, and 0.010″ Teflon®️️ (PTFE) coated fiberglass tapes with acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on one side with a maximum operating temperature of -40°C to 180°C, this type of adhesive has greater tacking adherence than silicone adhesive. This a great non-stick option for slides and surfaces that require a low coefficient of friction. These tapes offer ideal characteristics for coating the surface of work tables as well!
