Solid Rods
Tetraflon® molds solid PTFE tubes and bars or with mineral filler ranging from 1” to 24” in diameter with a wide range of intermediate sizes in order to meet the needs required by the industry in general such as chemical, oil, electrical, paper, nuclear, metallurgical, automotive, aeronautical, pharmaceutical and food among others. They are used to machine parts for the entire industry in general.
Hollow Rods
Tetraflon® has a variety of molds for the manufacture of PTFE tubes, bushings and hollow bars in sizes ranging from 1″ to 24″ outside diameters and with a wide variety of inside diameters.

Extruded Rods and Tubes
Tetraflon® has state-of-the-art technology to manufacture a wide line of extrudates in Virgin PTFE or with some mineral filler, either in solid bars or in tubes, which range from 1/8” to 4” in diameter. For the tubes, a variety of intermediate sizes and with a wall that can go from 1/8” is offered.
They are used to machine parts for the entire industry in general.
For diameters greater than 4” please consult our customer service department, as well as for lengths greater than our standard of 2 meters.
We also have the ability to extrude Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPe) in various diameters and lengths.
Molded & Skived Sheets
High-tech materials for extreme working conditions Tetraflon® offers a wide range of virgin or filled PTFE sheets and plates, from 0.003” to 4” width; and 24”, 48” and 60” thick for sheets or rods.
